Lucas Professional Search Group is currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative to join a leading organization in the industrial equipment industry based in London, Ontario. 
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Manage, retain, grow and develop existing customer accounts
• Initiate and implement customer retention strategies to build loyalty and increase service usage with existing customer base
• Contact customers to up-sell and cross-sell
• Build relationships with key accounts
• Mine existing customer base to make referrals to Business Development Managers
• Introduce sales contracts for select customers
• Grow the existing customer base revenue
• Maintain annual customer retention
• Work as an effective member of the team, sharing information and fostering strong internal communications with other team members
• Provide customers with personalized and efficient service including follow ups on contracts and complaints while anticipating customers’ needs

 
Qualifications:
 

• Post  secondary education
• 2 years experience in a similar role dealing with senior business decision makers
• Must have a valid drivers’ license
• Verifiable track record of achieving revenue targets
• Experience managing a high volume of  accounts
• Driven and hard working, bringing a positive attitude to the workplace and places customer first
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Works well with others
• Sales and Account Management training is an asset
