Job Description
On behalf of our client in London, Ontario, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills as well as the ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
Duties (may include and not limited to)
Compensation: $15.00 per hour + 4% Vacation Pay

Duties (may include and not limited to)
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Process and input all customer orders
- Verify on-hand inventory is sufficient to cover shipping orders
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
- Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner
- Respond to inquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time on a daily basis in accordance with company procedures
- Prepare any reports concerning customer service activities as required by the customer or operations team
- Develop inbound and outbound freight schedules
- Maintains and updates pallet control records, inbound/outbound freight logs
- Others clerical duties as required (phone duties, greeting visitors and working with office equipment)
- Minimum 2 year College Diploma
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and rapidly shifting priorities
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
