Job Description
Our client in the London area is looking to add an experienced Operations Manager/Store Manager to their team. The client specializes in provides athletic activity and amusement to families.
General Duties:
- Day to day operations and management of staff
- Hiring of staff and related HR duties
- Oversee payroll and do employee scheduling
- Help define the strategic marketing and promotional direction for their area.
- Be familiar with Health and Safety guidelines
- Five years of management and operation experience within a similar customer service based environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business or Business Administration is ideal but not necessary
- Able to work different shifts and on the weekends as the location is typically busiest over the weekends based on the audience it carters to.
