Job Description
We are looking for a weekend building superintendent for one of our clients. The hours are Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm for $12 per hour!
Job description:
• General condominium building cleaning and maintenance
• Being available for tenants on the weekends to answer questions
• Place elevator on hold when tenants move in or out
• Some general paperwork in the weekend office
• Coordinate communications between tenants and building management
