Wage: $13.24 / hour

The purpose of this position is to accurately interpret and input customer orders in to the computer system in a timely fashion.

 Duties:

Interpret and input customer orders accurately.  Where the possibility of problems may exist, orders are to be referred to the Customer Service Team Leader for clarification.

 Qualifications:

1. Excellent keyboarding and computer skills.
2. Knowledge of window and door products and accessories.
3. Understanding of basic construction techniques.
4. Ability to discuss order deficiencies with customers, both in person and by phone.
5. Ability to deal with deadlines, and work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
6. Ability to be flexible with work hours, and to deal with increases and decreases in work volume.
7. Ability to read a measuring tape, as well as add and subtract fractions with accuracy.
8. Must present themselves and North Star in a professional manner.
9. Must have a positive attitude.
10. Must have a great attendance record.
11. Must be honest and trustworthy.
12. Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
13. Confidentiality is required.
