Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Payment Processing Clerk on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate would be very professional, adaptable with great attention to detail.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Accounts Payable duties 
  • Problem solving as needed
  • Provide high customer service to customers/ clients 
  • Other accounting duties as needed 
  • Communication with customers/clients as needed through all phone, email and fax 
  • General administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.) 
  • Working with company database 
  • Working independently and in a team 
  • Report preparation 
  • Help within different departments as needed 
Requirements
  • Minimum of a 3 year  University Degree specializing in Accounting
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous accounting experience 
  • Must have 2-3 years previous experience providing top customer service 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment                      
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook 
  • Must have above average communications skills both written and verbal 
  • Must have advanced problem solving skills 
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills 
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as in a team 
Compensation $14.00-15.00 per hour, depending upon experience
