Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time contract position for a Service Coordinator for our valued industrial refrigeration client in London, ON.
Reporting directly to the HVAC Service manager; the ideal candidate is coming with experience working in a service department.
Hourly Rate: $25-35 Per Hour based on Experience
Hours of Work: Full-Time Day Shifts Monday to Friday
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Express partners with companies that can demonstrate Covid 19 safety protocols and job site safety measures that comply with ministry guidelines to protect all workers.

- Writing up invoices; posting invoices
- Helping service quotes; pricing service work
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Helping Service manager with other duties as required
- 2-3 years of experience working in a service department
- Comfortable with basic accounting; Superior customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English with oral and written communication
- Office working environment
- Location is near Fanshawe College, bus route accessible
- Company is family owned and operated with a staff of less than 30 people
