Express Employment Professionals is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative/Recruiter.

The successful candidate would join the London based Express Employment Professional office where we offer a full range of HR services to companies including temporary staffing, direct hire, professional staffing and HR advisory services. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION
The Inside Sales Representative/Recruiter is a critical position responsible for skill marketing candidates, booking appointments for Business Development Representatives and supporting recruitment activities. This is done by identifying potential business opportunities in the local community and contacting key decision makers by phone to skill-market candidates and/or set appointments. Successful people in this role are comfortable contacting and engaging with business people at all levels, selling intangible, critical business services. This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques and the discipline of being persistent while following a daily and weekly plan.

Here is what you will be doing:
- Identify potential prospects through cold-calling by phone
- Research and qualify potential prospect companies
- Set appointments for Business Development Representatives with key decision makers
- Conduct job interviews, administer and score tests, evaluate applicant skill levels and abilities
- Proactively call clients and prospects to skill-market qualified and available candidates
- Document all contacts and issues in our integrated data management system
- Work collaboratively with the entire Express team to identify and fill client needs, and to assist Business Development Representatives with contacts and research to increase sales
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, taking and qualifying new job orders, and places associates on suitable job orders
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a professional sales oriented environment
- Goal oriented with a "drive to succeed"
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willing to learn, openness, adaptability and the ability to apply what you learn
- Self-motivated, results driven, team player
- Strong phone sales etiquette
- Must be able to travel and provide a clean driver's abstract
