We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is dedicated and driven to helping our organization achieve market growth and brand recognition. The right candidate will identify and help develop strategic relationships and partnerships with potential customers. They will assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers, dealers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. They will work with the General Manager to implement business development initiatives.

Expectations
- Represent our brand of hardwood flooring and manage a network of dealers and end users.
- Formulate a strategic plan to produce a pipeline of new clients.
- Establish and execute daily sales calls.
- Gather pertinent sales information on current and prospective clients.
- Provide superior customer service and follow through, including site visits, installation assistance, claims management, and problem solving.
- Network through industry associations and social events.
- Collect, organize, and manage data in a CRM tool and project pipeline.

Requirements
- Exceptional work ethic
- An in depth knowledge of hardwood flooring and the dealer market
- A strong commitment and competitive drive to excel
- Initiate relationships with prospective clients and maintain lasting relationships with current clients
- Reliable transportation, ability to travel
- Proven ability and willingness to take direction, receive feedback, and produce results
