Technical Graphics Designer and Programmer
We are looking for a Technical Graphics Designer and Programmer who is an energetic and motivated individual with knowledge in Building Automation Systems.

Position summary:
The successful candidate will use scheduling and programming systems to automate buildings and use existing control drawings to create a clean, accurate and detailed graphical interface for Building Automation systems. This position will be a blend of on-site work and remote work.

Job Description:
  • Read and understand mechanical drawings, shop drawings and controller databases
  • Create graphics for building automation systems using Niagara Workbench BAS software
  • Program module sequences and alarms as specified
  • Troubleshoot service issues and provide continued support to our clients
Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in related field
  • A technical aptitude and ability to learn new software- including the latest building control manufactures software (Niagara 4, Metasys)
  • Coding experience (JSON, HTML, etc.)
  • Previous experience with photoshop and Microsoft Office
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to communicate and work in teams
  • Understanding and prior experience with programs such as BACnet, LON, N2, Xenta
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems and computer related issues
