Job Description
Technical Graphics Designer and Programmer
We are looking for a Technical Graphics Designer and Programmer who is an energetic and motivated individual with knowledge in Building Automation Systems.

Position summary:
The successful candidate will use scheduling and programming systems to automate buildings and use existing control drawings to create a clean, accurate and detailed graphical interface for Building Automation systems. This position will be a blend of on-site work and remote work.
Job Description:
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, shop drawings and controller databases
- Create graphics for building automation systems using Niagara Workbench BAS software
- Program module sequences and alarms as specified
- Troubleshoot service issues and provide continued support to our clients
- A diploma or degree in related field
- A technical aptitude and ability to learn new software- including the latest building control manufactures software (Niagara 4, Metasys)
- Coding experience (JSON, HTML, etc.)
- Previous experience with photoshop and Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Ability to communicate and work in teams
- Understanding and prior experience with programs such as BACnet, LON, N2, Xenta
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems and computer related issues
