Job Description

Cohen Highley is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant.
 
We require a highly motivated individual to work within our firm.  Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this very busy working environment. 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks (although the position is not limited to those listed below):
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments Preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining a bring forward system
  • Opening and closing files
  • Billing
  • General office duties 
Qualifications:
·    Successful completion of an Office Administration program or the equivalent
·    Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
·    Knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office and Outlook
