We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist for an automotive client in London, Ontario.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 
• Administrative functions relating to payroll and the benefits program 
• Overseeing the maintenance of the Company health and safety program, ie. On-line H&S training, Monthly Inspections, Joint Health & Safety Committee, first aid and policies and procedures 
• Reporting employee injuries to the WSIB; drafting modified duties letters 
• Assisting in the coordination of the AODA program to meet all legislative requirements 
• Maintenance of all Company job descriptions and organizational charts 
 • Assist in any HR related projects 
Qualifications: 
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, is preferred 
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and the public 
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions 
• Experience within Automotive is a must
