Mission Store Manager
 
Mission Services of London (MSL) a Christian based, not-for-profit social service agency, is currently seeking a Mission Store Manager, who as a member of the Senior Management Team will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Mission Store, aligning business goals to MSL values and growth strategies.     
 
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Mission Store Manager will drive business growth and revenue while continuing to service other non-for-profit agencies by managing overall financial performance utilizing financial data to monitor resource allocation, develop quality operating procedures, and oversee day to day operations.  This individual will also be responsible for playing a key role in short/long term strategic decision making while controlling and monitoring inventory.   
 
Qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Experience in managing P&L, forecasting and budgeting.
• Community College Diploma in business / marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Community College diploma in Volunteer Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of merchandising, inventory control techniques and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills dealing with employees, volunteers, businesses and customers
• Supervisor Training.
• WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, CPI Training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Database Mgmt.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
   
  Position Details
• Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Starting Annual Salary at $ 52,000
