Our client is a designer and manufacturer of custom equipment in London and they are seeking a Production/Assembly Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis with a good opportunity to transition into a permanent role.  This position is a day shift and would lead between 5-10 people on shift.  A summary of responsibilities is listed below:
 
Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Must be hands-on and willing to assist in the assembly process
• Strong communication, leadership skills, and work ethic
• Ability to manage and lead a large diverse workforce
• Bilingual in English/Portuguese is strongly preferred
• Must be open and able for potential international travel in future to assist with install and commissioning of equipment
