INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Position Details:

As one of our valued Inbound Customer Service Agents, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our many well known and established North American clients. 

 

·         Rate of pay - $12/hr plus monthly bonus

·         A comprehensive training program and ongoing support/mentoring from our team leaders

 

Position Qualifications:

·         1-2 years in a Call Centre Environment

·         An ability to work evenings and weekends

·         Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English

·         Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format

·         Proficient computer/keyboarding skills(Windows based environment)-candidates who demonstrate superior computer skills will be given preference

·         Minimum High School Diploma
