We are looking for dynamic and creative individuals to join our team as a Manager in our Windsor location.

Your core RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
• Responsible for the retail outlet, P&L, sales growth, team development and overall success of the retail outlet
• Grow and develop sales through daycares and school orders
• Delivery of professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on-site
• Generating and developing new business in order to increase revenue through cold calling in person and by phone
• Effectively attending conferences and trade shows
You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Effective relationship builder with follow-up and closing skills in outside sales
• Ability to manage your time well and be self-motivated
• Outside sales experience
• Maintain superior professional standards in the areas of sales & customer service
• The ability to work in an environment with an energetic pace, multi-tasking and managing unexpected events throughout the day
• You must be committed to ensuring outstanding service by creating a retail environment that is focused on providing an experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Socially engaged on facebook, twitter, Pinterest with access to smartphone
• You will hold a valid Driver’s license and able to regularly travel
• Ability to lift 30lbs
Preferred:
• Proven retail management skills
• Commitment to the development and education of children
• Ability to lead and challenge teams to be the best they can be
• Open availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts
