We're looking for a permanent part time and seasonal Housekeeping Attendants to join our RiverBend Golf Community team!

Responsibilities Include:

• General housekeeping of the entire clubhouse, not including the kitchen, on a daily basis. Includes all public areas, washrooms, spa, fitness area, offices, dining rooms, private rooms, gatehouse, and golf course washrooms.
• Responsible for pool and spa maintenance. Maintain all related records.
• Implement and follow cleaning schedule, as provided by RiverBend Golf Community General Manager.
• Ensure any WHMIS requirements for labelling, storage, Material Data Safety Sheets, personal protective equipment or use of product are met.
• During the golf season, maintain the cleanliness and supplies for the washrooms on the golf course and halfway house.
• Assist the Food and Beverage department with Special Event set-ups as required.
• Interact with residents and members on a regular basis during general duties, presenting a positive corporate image, and ensure member satisfaction regarding special requests.
• Comply with Corporate, RiverBend Community and Club policies and procedures.
• Discuss any concerns or problems regarding housekeeping and maintenance operations with General Manager in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general housekeeping.
• Pool and Spa maintenance knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated cleaning and housekeeping abilities and knowledge of effective cleaning methodology and safe work practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service focus.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with proven attention to detail and appropriate follow-up to any unresolved issues or special needs.
• Previous safety training, including WHMIS. Experience and training with the safe use, storage and disposal of industrial cleaning materials and products is an asset. 
• Must present a professional image at all times, complying with RiverBend standards and procedures, including uniform and dress code requirements.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organisational skills to schedule, co-ordinate and complete tasks to achieve the most efficient utilisation of time and equipment. 
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs is required.
