On behalf of our client we are recruiting for full-time temporary In-bound Customer Service Representatives. 
These positions are conveniently located on a bus route. 

Position: Part-Time-Temporary 
Rate of Pay: $11.25 - $12.00/ per hour 
Location: London, ON on a bus route 
Hours of Work Ranges: 5:00 p.m. earliest - 11:00 p.m. latest Monday-Saturday NO Sundays

5 days a week which will include a Saturday each week
Duties: 

• Answering calls and assisting with customer inquiries 
• Provide exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers 
• Promotion and high sales of current and new products 
• Meet monthly sales; customer service and productivity targets 

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service and sales role 
• Call centre experience an asset 
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute 
• Strong attention to detail 
• OSSD or equivalent
