Job Description
Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative Position on an evaluation hire basis.
The ideal candidate would have excellent problem solving and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Duties (may include and not limited to):
- Provide information and assistance to all sales agents, suppliers and end users
- Act as liaison between supplier and sales associates regarding items such as proof approvals, extra charges, ordering samples, generate spec samples and ensuring deliveries are on track
- Administration such as entry of credit notes, writing up commission adjustments, sales associate charge-backs and bill only requirements
- Review supplier acknowledgements for accuracy and note confirmations
- Back up Order Processing; editing and entry of orders as required
- Attend various outside/inside trade shows and supplier product knowledge sessions
- Act as mediator in resolving discrepancies between end user, sales associate and supplier
- Review any supplier invoices returned by administration due to price/quantity discrepancies
Requirements:
- Completion of a College Diploma or the equivalent in experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- 1 year of experience working in the marketing/promotional print industry preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal directions
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
