THE OPPORTUNITY?
To join an exciting, and growing Waterloo-based startup building out a marketplace product in a leadership role!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be leading a team of top-notch Software Engineers creating a fantastic product. You'll be hands-on with their technologies (Modern Javascript libraries) and putting in place best practices to build out large scale applications!
Mentoring, upskilling and developing your team will be a huge part of this role,
THE TECHNICAL DETAILS?
-You should have 7+ years of professional software development experience in full stack development
-You have been a hands-on leader of high performance teams for 2+ years
-You've got experience with Javascript - the stack is ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL and Heroku - along with iOS and Android
-You have great fundamentals in Object Oriented Design and Database Design
-You have experience building our software using Agile methodologies
