Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to inbound customers. You will also be required to identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow the business through your ability to advise and offer clients products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. You will be working in the Insurance Advice department and would be fielding calls to sell Insurance Protection Plans to new and existing clients.
You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing high quality service at every interaction and ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately, while working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create rapport with clients
- A passion for sales (1 year proven experience in a customer service, call centre or sales environment); experience working in an environment with warranties and the customer service/sales related to those products
- Strong verbal and listening skills with a positive attitude; Bilingual an asset
- Ability to analyze the client’s situation and know when and how to up sell products
Job Details
· Positions start at $17.19 an hour!!
· One-year contract with the potential to go permanent for the right individual
· Criminal check and credit check will be required
Applicants must be flexible to work non-fixed shifts Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. and Statutory Holidays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
