Job Description
Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting an Application and Support Specialist for our London Office.
Cohen Highley LLP has an immediate full-time opening for an Application and Support Specialist who will provide software and hardware support. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment to ensure quality service. He or she must be able to evaluate and quickly learn new software as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to users.
• Troubleshoot & resolve issues relating to software applications and operating systems.
• Assist with IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager.
• Document standard practices for software usage, content management, and other processes.
• Responsible for File Retention procedures.
Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be highly proactive and possess a strong sense of accountability.
• Must have a high level of technical aptitude and understanding, including the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and apply effective independent judgment.
• Must be available to work overtime and flexible hours when necessary.
The ideal candidates will also possess some knowledge of any or all of the following:
Computer hardware, systems administration, Exchange 2010, digital dictation systems, social media tools, computer security systems, website design and/or computer programming (VB).
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting. Candidates should possess a college diploma and/or a university degree in a computer related discipline.
