Duties:
Computer network technicians establish, operate, maintain, and co-ordinate the use of local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs), mainframe networks, hardware, software and related computer equipment. They set up and maintain Internet and Intranet Web sites and Web-server hardware and software, and monitor and optimize network connectivity and performance.
Skills:
• Network and communication hardware including F5 BIG-IP controllers; Radware WSD Pro; Cisco,SMC,
Nortel,Belkin,3Com,Avaya,Advocent,& Aruba switches, access points, and routers; MAC and Novell Systems;
Dell,SUN,IBM,HP& generic brand servers; printers; & numerous backup technologies.
• Troubleshooting and configuring FTP, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, wireless(WEP\WPA)& IP Routing.
• Tools including Terminal Services:Secure CRT,PCAnywhere,VNC,Logmein,Remote Desktop, Allaire
HomeSite,Putty,Dameware;helpdesk software:Mousetracks,HEAT,Cerberus,Kayako,Incident Monitor/IBM
Impact,Remedy,HP Service Manager; monitoring software: including Big Brother,Performance Monitor,HP
Openview,Nagios,OPManager,IP Monitor,Level,Platform,WhatsUpGold,LAN Sweeper& IPSentry.
• WEB services including IIS, HTML, ASP, VBScript and JavaScript and Internet/Intranet browsing
technologies.
• Installation, full support and configuration of Applications: PCAS, MS Office, Lotus, Corel Suites, Adobe,
Dreamweaver, Final Draft Pro, Jaguar, Great Plains, and various Tier images, such as EA Audit, PComm,
Forte, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, etc.; Advertising software, DoubleClick DART system and Ad Knowledge

• Experience in traffic reporting tools: Webtrends Enterprise Edition, Urchin, and Livestats.
• Programming and markup languages: HTML, CFML, XML, VBSCRIPT, Perl, and JAVASCRIPT.
• Project Management experience balancing deliverables using tools by Microsoft and DotProject.
Wage:
$30 Per Hour
