Your Role: As the Manager, you won't just be a faceless number in a system; you'll be the game-changer! What You'll Do:

• Deliver an unmatched guest experience in dining, beverages, and all the thrilling activities we offer.

• Host mind-blowing events that keep the excitement levels soaring.

• Nurture a culture of fun, positivity, and support our vision of thrilling both guests and our awesome staff.

• Lead a diverse team of over 80 individuals fostering growth and success.

• Keep the ship sailing smoothly, ensuring we adhere to operational policies and always look for ways to improve.

• Stay on top of regulatory requirements like Health Inspection, Ontario Government rules, LCBO, and Health & Safety.

• Drive our success by hitting financial targets out of the park.

Your Superpowers:

• Next level customer service skills that leave guests raving about their experience.

• Master of team dynamics and a communication wizard.

• Multitasking with ease with the ability to juggle tasks effortlessly.

• A mentor and coach guiding our team to greatness.

• Willingness to learn the world of numbers in order to run the business.

What We Need from You:

• Leadership experience with diverse teams.

• Bonus points for at least 2 years as a Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume Hospitality/Entertainment operation.
   

Compensation: Base Salary with expected Profit Share Bonus and Gratuity $49,000 - $56,000 per year dependent on experience. In addition we offer 50% employer paid health benefits.
