We are focused exclusively on personal injury litigation. Our team represents individuals who have been physically or psychologically harmed by others. We fight for the injured and abused!
We are seeking a super-hero LAW CLERK to join our “justice league”. Tasks will involve requesting and briefing documents from third parties, namely health care providers, educational facilities, employers and government agencies. Client contact through correspondence, email and telephone will also be expected. File creation and organization as well as scanning and indexing in Primafact will be a daily task. It is preferred that applicants hold a College diploma from a Legal Assistant , Law Clerk or Paralegal program but other post-secondary education will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential and a working knowledge of Primafact and PCLaw would be an asset. The ability to fly, invisibility or superhuman strength would also be important.
