Job Description
On behalf of our client in Woodstock, ON, we are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Representative for a 14 month contract. The ideal candidate will be a mature, self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
Duties may include (but not limited to)

- Obtain and manage customer forecast and orders for parts to be supplied
- Create purchase orders when customer orders are received
- Place supplier orders using POs issued by internal business software (JDE)
- Organize logistics requirements and monitor customer shipments as needed
- Maintain and track the inventory database
- Ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner
- Create Sales Orders and Sales Invoices based on customer POs
- Respond to customer requests for information in a timely manner
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum of a College Diploma or University Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge in JDE, SAP, Red Prairie WMS system or similar systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines
- Must maintain a high level of accuracy; excellent attention to detail
- Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Monday to Friday; ability to work between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Starting wage is $16.50 per hour
