Job Description
We are currently looking to add a full time/permanent WORKING, EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT for our Multi-Family, low rise residential projects in London. You must have a mature outlook and personality, be confident in scheduling and overseeing all sub-trades. At times you will be able to produce under the pressure of closing dates. You will be dedicated, reliable and positive with excellent attendance.
Along with supervising duties you will be expected to work alongside staff and be efficient and experienced in all aspects of construction.

Requirements are as follows:
. Minimum of 3 years' experience on a new construction job site
. IHSA - Basics of Supervision - current
. WSIB - WHMIS - current
. Ministry of Labour - Supervisor H & S awareness in 5 Steps - current
. Working at Heights Fundamentals of Fall Protection - current
. Provide own tools and Personal Equipment
. Preform minor framing and carpentry
. Ability to build,using building plans - from foundation to move-in
. Be familiar with all building inspection regulations/requests
. Superior management and scheduling skills with all levels of staff and sub-trades
. References, if called for interview
