As a HR Researcher and Writer you are someone who is energized by the challenge of digging into highly complex and heavily legislated information and then turning it into engaging and informative content!

As a HR Researcher and Writer you are someone who is energized by the challenge of digging into highly complex and heavily legislated information and then turning it into engaging and informative content!
You will be required to:
- Thoroughly research a wide variety of pre-assigned topics relating to complex, highly legislated, and/or sensitive human resources-related subject matter.
- Develop professional and legislatively accurate content (online training scripts, manuals, articles, policies, etc.) that are engaging and informative.
- Self-manage dynamic and multiple project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain awareness of trends and current best practices in human resources and occupational health and safety to effectively manage client deliverables.
- Liaise with colleagues, management, clients and external parties such as government agencies to understand specific requirements and provide specified deliverables.
- Adapt to client or company standards pertaining to content style, tone, and voice.
As our ideal candidate you possess:
- A degree or diploma in English, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- The ability to transform complex and technical resources into valuable and easily digestible content for the target audience.
- The ability to add a unique voice to commonly covered HR themes and topics.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
