Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the pharmacy technician will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in a retail pharmacy setting as well as continuous development of the pharmacy’s goals: the highest level of service in the industry.
 
 
Role and Responsibilities
 

• Uses superior communication skills to continuously build on, and develop an image of a strong team
• Focussed entirely on superior customer service
• Maintains exceptional knowledge of the merchandise carried in the retail pharmacy and continuously develops awareness of new products and trends
• Assists with the proper care and management of pharmacy equipment as well as contributing to organized work flow in the pharmacy
• Ensures the proper storage of pharmaceuticals and drug products
• Assists the pharmacist in the preparation of prescriptions and the management of pharmacy inventories

 
Qualifications
 

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a pharmacy role
• Knowledge of Kroll is an asset
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of the team
