Job Description
CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Duties include (but not limited to):
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Complete site audits
- Employee scheduling
- Participate in and lead special projects/construction cleanups
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance to equipment
- Respond to client requests and concerns with solutions in a timely manner
- Deliver supplies and equipment to specified job sites
- Maintain inventory in warehouse and job sites
- Complete work orders and time sheets
- Assist in training new employees
- Participate and assist in recruitment, selection and orientation of staff
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five (5) years of Supervision experience in the janitorial/cleaning industry.
- Minimum of five (5) years of janitorial/cleaning experience.
- Experience operating automatic floor scrubbers, buffing machines, carpet extractors, and other janitorial equipment.
- Willing to work flexible hours (sometimes weekends).
- Valid driver's licence (company vehicle will be provided).
- Clear criminal background check.
- Bondable and reliable.
