WHAT IS THE JOB

As a Telephone Sales Representative on our American Express team:

- You will learn how to develop relationships with customers, building rapport and discussing how American Express card products can help them reach their goals faster.

- You are motivated to discuss American Express products with customers, outllining the features and benefits to convince them to upgrade from their current card or to persuade them to get a new card.

- You must be intelligent and articulate. Academic qualifications are not important, but emotional intelligence and an ability to absorb and retain information is imperative.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS

We offer Full Time shifts running from 1pm - 9pm Monday - Friday.
