What's an Assistant Manager?


Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will aid in overseeing retail and donation centre operations and engage in the ongoing development of people and operations. Broad in scope, this role includes leadership opportunities across all functional areas of our Goodwill store.

We are seeking an individual to start at our London Horton St. location and later progress into opportunities in the western part of our territory-  London, St. Thomas, Woodstock, Tillsonburg, and Strathroy. This position will appeal to a candidate who is interested and excited to grow with Goodwill, and who is interested in and capable of travel within Southwestern Ontario.
