Are you looking for full time work in Cambridge as a Forklift Operator?

Do you have Forklift and/or Shipping & Receiving experience?

We’re hiring several Operators to join our client’s site in Cambridge.

This is a full time opportunity that will allow candidates to learn and grow their skillset on the job. Our client offers a great work environment and 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience as a;

Forklift Operator
Material Handling
Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Warehouse Worker

What we offer:

Competitive hourly starting wage - $24/hr
Straight day shift (no rotation) – 7am-3:30pm
Ability to grow your skillset by learning on the job
Steady working hours
Weekly pay cheque

What you do:

Operate a Counterbalance or Reach forklift in a warehouse environment
Load & unload incoming & outgoing trucks
Order picking & Palletizing products manually (up to 70lbs)
Verifies material being shipped including verifying part numbers and tagging
Maintain inventory levels, controlling backorders and assisting in managing dead stock and turns

Who you are:

3+ year experience working in a fast paced environment operating forklift
Forklift certification (person or in house)
Transportation of Dangerous Goods
Comfortable with lifting upwards of 70lbs (this is NOT a strictly forklift role, repetitive lifting is required in this role)
Experience working in warehouse / distribution center
Ability to work independently, well organized, effective judgment

Please note that candidates MUST be available for full time hours as these roles are temp-perm roles for candidates who display solid work ethic & attendance.
