The Nitty Gritty:

We are searching for a highly motivated and creative Product Marketing Director for either our London, ON or Toronto, ON studio to help lead our Marketing team and define and promote both our current, and future titles. You and your team will be w
orking alongside our CEO to plan, schedule and execute exciting marketing programs and strategies to help drive Big Viking to new heights. With a track record of proven success, you will become the Big Viking Games brand guru, thoroughly understanding our target audience and pioneering new market growth opportunities. The Duties:

• You will lead the charge to create and plan marketing campaigns for both current, and future titles. 
• Overseeing all creative work across the marketing team to ensure that it is consistent with the Big Viking Games Brand
• Knowing what it takes to successfully market live services games, you will drive user acquisition, retention & engagement by utilizing integrated marketing strategies, consumer insights, and CRM
• Mentoring, leading and working alongside our Marketing Team. 

The Essentials:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in marketing roles, especially in online, e-commerce, consumer live service, bonus points if you have worked with mobile and interactive entertainment. Experience in a gaming environment will be considered a strong plus. 
• 4+ years experience leading and mentoring creative teams
• Passion for games
