We are currently recruiting to fill several Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs in London, ON.  Our client, one of Canada’s largest and most respected financial institutions, is looking for a number of customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in London, ON.  The successful candidates will be tasked with one of the most important jobs this client has to offer; providing outstanding support to inbound customers.  The rate of pay for this role is $17.19/hr.

The responsibilities for these Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs include:

·        Deliver superior service to our client’s customers
·        Identify opportunities to educate and sell customers on products and services offered by our client
·        Meet monthly sales, customer service, and productivity targets
 
Qualifications: 
 

• Strong sales and customer service experience (one year minimum in a call centre environment)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working in a statistically driven environment, measured by call quality and call productivity goals
• Ability to multi-task with effective problem solving attributes
• Strong attention to detail
• Have a clear credit and criminal record
• Flexibility to work a fixed evening schedule with start time between12pm-2pm or 2pm-6pm, Monday - Sunday, including statutory holidays
• Must be available for full time training from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday for 10 weeks
