Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, we are recruiting for a full time
Administrative Assistant on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will work with 10-15 faculty members, providing administrative support and serving as an intermediary between the faculty members and stakeholders including students, clients and visitors. You will respond to in person, phone and email inquiries and requests, and provide any administrative support required for the department.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a two year college diploma from a recognized community College or University Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; experience supporting senior management preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate priorities in a fast paced setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to adapt to various personalities and work styles
  • Demonstrated planning and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional maturity

Compensation: $17.00 per hour + 4% Vacation Pay

Hours: Monday to Friday; day time hours
