Production Team Leads/ Supervisors

Duties:

Supervisors will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Promote and enhance a positive working environment through teamwork and high level of employee involvement
• Ensure that all employees are fostering a safe working environment.
• Ensure ongoing feedback and coaching of team to optimize performance levels
• Communicate with other Shift Supervisors, Team Members and Site Management on KPI’s.
• Effectively manage all relevant administrative processes in a timely and accurate manner.

 
Requirements: 

• MUST have reliable transportation to travel outside of city limits 
• Grade 12 or equivalent 
• Clear Criminal Background Check is required 
• Flexibility for shift work (midnights, afternoons, days)
