Talentcor Tillsonburg Office is currently recruiting for Production Members for Fleetwood Metal Ind.

Job Description Production Member
 
$16.00 / hr + 4% Vacation Pay
Shifts are straight midnights, or days/afternoon 2 week rotation
 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Employee positions auto parts according to knowledge of units being assembled or following standard operating procedure
• All positions will start at entry level requirements that may involve that stacking, unloading parts and testing/inspecting welds
• Work at different work stations as production needs require
• Understand thoroughly the customer's quality specifications
• Identify and segregate defective parts as instructed
• Participate in team meetings as outline in department
• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Report all accidents to sub leader, team leader or supervisor
• Understand and follow the Standard Operation Procedures established for the area
• Participate in end of the day clean up. Last five (5) minutes
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy that is reviewed with you at orientation

Skills and Specifications

• Excellent teamwork skill
• Ability to read labels and numbers
• Ability to add, subtract and multiply with accuracy
• Able to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor

Education and Qualification

• Clear criminal background check
• Completion of OSSD, GED or proof of working towards it
