Allen Professional Search is delighted to be partnering with an outstanding local manufacturer in the Food and Beverage sector.  On behalf of this client we are looking to identify a Quality Manager with the requisite level of expertise in both process and the management of an established quality system. You will enjoy working in a professional and performance driven environment, joining a successful management group. 

You will take accountability for:

-           Quality across all areas, supply, internal and finished product

-           Driving excellence with related industry standards such as HACCP

-           Programs focused on providing the highest quality products

-           Leadership throughout the Quality Group and operational departments

-           Ensuring quality standards are maintained and that continuous improvement methods are applied

-           Providing documentation where needed and assist with budget

-           Providing internal management for all stakeholder audits

-           Adhering to corporate guidelines

Key Qualifications:

-           University degree along with five (5) years relevant experience

-           Working knowledge of associated quality systems such as ISO and HACCP

-           Demonstrable ability to manage multiple quality areas

-           Excellent time management, leadership and presentation skills

-           Working knowledge of SAP or ERP system

-           Commitment to Continuous Improvement
