Express is recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist for a local unionized manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities (Not limited to:)

• Direct HR programs; including payroll/Benefits and return to work programs
• Responsible for full cycle recruitment for different positions
• Manage Labor relations and coordinate Join committee meetings
• Responsible for employee engagement through HR best practices

Qualifications:

• 5 years of HR generalist experience from manufacturing 
• Labor relations experience is a must have
• Post secondary education in HR - Designation or working towards
• Excellent leadership and problem solving abilities
