Within the implemenation and Account Management  team, the Project Manager is in charge of managing Wavelength's implemebations with clients. This may also include leading demo's with clients and sales. This is a key position with a great deal of involvement in the sales process and a decisive influence in the accomplishment of every deal.

The ideal candidate has solid technical background and a sales and customer focus. This mix enables him/her to properly interact with all parties involved in the implemtation  of teh wavelength platform and preparation of a demonstration using Wavelength's and third party solutions, including configurations, integrations and modifications of current systems while always keeping in mind the objective of satisfying customer needs and facilitating the sale.

 
  • Coordinate activities with internal departments and external providers to ensure adequate. development, quality assurance and delivery of the demo or pilot.
  • Project manage the implemantion of the wavelength product with clients
  • Product demonstrations to internal departments, potential customers and partners.
  • Take ownership of the planning and delivery of complex demos and pilots required for tender proposals or strategic sales meetings.
  • Configuration of solutions for demo purposes.
  • Quickly identify gaps between customer expectations and demo functionality and sort them out.
  • Lead the creation of new demos, from script writing to effort coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Software Engineering, Operations, IT and Security department

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent level.
  • Native or equivalent knowledge of English. Other languages will be a plus.
  • Previous relevant experience in managing technical solutions and demonstration of technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in working together with sales or pre-sales areas on the technical part of highly customized demos.
  • Able to effectively communicate to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced user of the MS Office package, especially Power Point, Project, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge on image edition tools and video recording tools.
  • Knowledge on web technologies, Windows and Linux environments.
  • Results driven and sales focused.
  • Good team worker with leadership skills.
  • Assist in client deplyments and management of client expecations
