Job Description

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
 
Auburn Developments is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in the Accounting Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the CFO, and other members of the team, as required
  • Create and update monthly spreadsheets using Excel
  • General Office Duties (document control, data entry, filing, photocopying,scanning…etc.)
  • Preparation of daily bank deposits and mail distribution
  • Communicate with vendors via email/telephone in order to reconcile monthly Statements of Account
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Cover multi-line phone system with extensions, as needed
  • Other duties as may be assigned
 
Requirements
  • College/University Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient in Sage 300 Construction (or similar accounting software program)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Strong time-management and reliability
