Case Coordinator

Based in London Ontario, Legacy Partners of London, a division of Freedom 55, is a small family centered financial services company. Our goal as a full service retirement and estate planning firm is to always exceed the expectations of our clients and each other.

Job Description:
Partner with an established advisor to assist with administrative, marketing, and client support.

You are:

  • Coachable

  • A team player

  • A strong communicator

  • Extremely organized

  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service

Please have:

  • Formal administrative training

  • General office experience

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Post secondary diploma

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office

  • Experience working with CRM systems

Financial services experience and a mutual fund licence will be a distinct advantage to the successful candidate.
