SKILLED MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER
Arvin Sango Canada Inc. is a manufacturer of exhaust systems and automotive body shell parts. We have an immediate opening for a Skilled Maintenance Team Member in our new, start-of-the-art London, Ontario facility.Summary
Our Skilled Maintenance Team Members serve as a technical resource to production, assisting in correcting machine failures, installation of new equipment, and support of process improvements. They troubleshoot, program and repair complex machinery, electrical systems and robotics.Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctioning machines and systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, etc.)
- Ability to conceptualize, form and fabricate parts for trial projects and/or repairs to production equipment
- Follow graphic, written and verbal directions and specifications
- Ability to make and implement recommendations and countermeasures on production equipment, making equipment modifications as necessary
- Undertake special projects/activities as required
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Electrical or Millwright License preferred
- PLC experience preferred
- Fanuc Robot experience is desirable
- Metal Working/Welding experience preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade School graduate preferred
- Formal Robotics/PLC training and/or courses
