Our client, is currently seeking an Accounting and Executive Assistant to cover a 15 month maternity leave in Mount Brydges ON. In this role you will provide direct support to the President as well as complete all daily accounting activities. Apply with us today!

  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting
 
  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
  • Issuing of invoices and reminder notices to clients
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and month end procedures
  • Perform efficient and accurate data entry
Executive Assistant
 
  • Prepare and set up for Board meetings
  • Running reports
  • Booking of travel and accommodations
  • Answer telephones
  • Basic website maintenance
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the President
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Minimum 3-5 years accounting/executive administrative experience
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must possess strong accounting knowledge
  • Able to work between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
