LucasWorks! is recruiting for Team Leaders for our busy growing client in Ingersoll and Woodstock. 

The main role of the Team Leader will be to supervisor all inspectors in a variety of locations, ensure all health & safety regulations are followed, set up of work cells, and maintaining customer relations.
 
General Duties:  

• Hands on daily supervision of assigned Inspectors
• Setup/Completion of work cells
• Prepare and create work instructions and expectations for inspectors
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work flow
• Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
• Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvements.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and regulations including 5S
• Participate in orientation and training requirements for Inspectors.
• Provide input into Inspector Performance Appraisals
• Liaise with Company Customer Representative for relevant Customers.
• All other related duties as assigned.

 
Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, dependable vehicle and vehicle insurance as some local travel is required
• Grade 12 Diploma/ GED, Post-secondary education preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiar with all ISO standards
• Flexibility to meet customer service demands 

Shift Times:  Day and afternoon shifts available
Rate of Pay: $13.00 per hour with the opportunity for an increase upon hire
Location: Ingersoll and Woodstock positions available
