We are currently recruiting to fill several Bilingual Technical Support Representative jobs in London, ON.  Our client, one of Canada’s largest and most respected financial institutions, is looking for a number of Bilingual Technical Support Representatives to join their growing team in London, ON.  The successful candidates will be tasked with taking inbound technical support calls in a busy help desk environment.  The rate of pay for this role is $18.52/hr.

The responsibilities for these Bilingual Technical Support Representative jobs include: 

• Provide first level technical support
• Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
• Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
• Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
• Work in a fast paced, 24/7 call centre environment

 
Qualifications:

• Minimum one year technical support experience in a help desk environment
• Must be fully bilingual in English and French
• Can multi-task while staying organized
• Have superior communication skills
• Flexibility with shifts, 24/7 environment, with the main shift bucket as Monday-Friday 7am-11pm
• Minimum High School Diploma completed
• Clean Criminal and Credit Check (we complete)
