Job Description
We are searching for a customer service oriented individual to join our clients team for a 4 month contract working part time hours. Our client is a leading integrated freight, package and logistics solutions provider.
Work hours will fall between Monday to Friday 8am-9pm however candidates should be prepared to work mainly afternoon hours (2pm-9pm).
The Customer Se rvice Representative will be responsible for: Contact and account maintenance of all customers, dealing with any questions or complaints, and providing solutions.
Other duties:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls/utilizing technology to manage volume
* Provide assistance to courier drivers when required
* Place customer orders/cancel.
* Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Qualified candidates with meet the following requirements:
* Proven customer service experience
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
* Clean criminal record
