ECHO Power Equipment (Canada), a leading distributor of outdoor power equipment is seeking a talented, team-oriented individual, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and VIP Service to dealers across Canada in the role of
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, permanent position. This position will support the Marketing Manager to ensure hands-on actions related to marketing initiatives, programs and promotions are well executed and successful. The successful applicant will possess exceptional organizational skills to deliver VIP service to our customers in the outdoor power equipment industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Development, production and distribution of bilingual marketing materials, including ads, flyers, brochures, media plans and special programs with adherence to brand guidelines in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Meet with vendor suppliers to develop, proofread, edit and provide final approval of marketing and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and manage the release Booking Programs, POP kits and Dealer binders with a strict adherence to deadlines
- Oversee/maintain corporate Social Media accounts including updating materials, spearheading new programs, promotions and opportunities across multiple platforms. Review and compile social media analytics
- Create and maintain dealer and end-user databases. Coordinator in charge of mass mailings, press releases, industry announcements, and dealer communications via mail, email, and fax.
- Liaison with both internal and external departments on the creation and implementation of marketing related special projects and tasks
- Assist with the co-ordination, planning and booking of Tradeshows, Corporate meetings and events
- Complete special project work as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion of post - secondary diploma or certificate in marketing/office administration and/or relevant work experience.
- Project Management a must
- Accomplished multi-tasker with the ability to work on cross-functional teams and to handle situations in a professional manner.
- Self- starter with a demonstrated ability to think and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Extremely organized with superior attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in Windows applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Digital design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud an asset
- Experience with Social Media paid promotions, tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication skills (Quebec French an asset).
- Experience with AS400 (an asset).
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
This position is located in London Ont. although bus service is available, it is infrequent. Reliable transportation is required.
