Part-time Customer Service Representative (CAS 201600238)

Location:  London
Employment Group:  Support
Type of Position: Part-time
Salary:  $17.79 per hour
Hours:  Up to 24 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends
Closing Date:  Open Until Filled
                   
Note:  This is a part-time 6 month position (up to 24 hours per week).

Duties:  The Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service, administrative and clerical support in the day-to-day operation of the Office of the Registrar.

QUALFICIATIONS:
  • Post-secondary 2 year diploma in Office Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy customer service oriented office environment, assisting and supporting clients.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and access
  • Experience with corporate record systems preferred (i.e. FACS, Ellucian/ Datatel)
  • Financial transaction processing skills an asset
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills as well as possess a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
